About the Author
Naveen Kanoongo
Naveen Kanoongo is an award-winning poet and author, known for his deep and thought-provoking poetry. He has been recognized in several prestigious poetry competitions, including:
🏆 First Position – All India Prithviraj Chauhan Poetry Competition
🏆 Second Prize – CSIR-CSIO, Ministry of Science, for science and physics-themed poetry, presented by Padma Shri H.C. Verma
🏆 First Position – Poetry on Daughters, organized by the Ministry of IT, Government of India
Beyond poetry, Naveen is a Fellow member of the Screenwriters Association (Mumbai) and a certified screenwriter from the Asian Academy of Film and Television, Noida. He has a keen interest in studying the Puranas and Vedas and actively promotes Hindi literature among the youth.
Professionally, he is a software engineer with an MBA in IT, a PG in AI from IIT Guwahati, and is currently a PhD scholar at IIT Patna. His writing covers society, nation, women, spirituality, and contemporary issues, often infused with satirical elements.
With participation in over 35 poetry symposiums and conferences, he continues to inspire audiences with his literary contributions.
